A valid credit card is required to confirm your booking. Privacy Protection To ensure the privacy and security of all individuals, no extra guests are allowed during any testing or service appointments. Only those receiving direct service or testing will be permitted to be present at the time of the appointment. This policy is in place to safeguard the confidentiality and comfort of all parties involved. Any unauthorized guests will be asked to leave immediately. We appreciate your cooperation in respecting this privacy protection policy. Payment Full payment is due at the time of booking. We accept all major credit/debit cards. Cancellation and Refunds Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours will incur a 50% fee. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the booking. Modifications Changes to your booking (date, time, number of guests) can be made up to one hour prior to your scheduled appointment, subject to availability. A modification fee may apply.
